While the iTunes page does not seem to change anything, notes HackingNetflix iPad Netflix today announced a new version of the app, which gives it a custom interface, instead of pulling up slightly customized version of a standard web page. This reduces the navigation options in four areas: home, kinds, and Instant Search in a queue.
