Robot Hand 20WPM Hits, Almost Ready To Embrace The Infinite Monkey Theorem

robot hands have been surprising, milling, processing and activation also of the years but have never seen a good guy? It is the goal of a new design of the Virginia Tech. The engineers built the flexible anthropomorphic robot Typing (DART) hand to imitate the real deal they could, to individual performance digits to three segments and 110 degrees of rotation of the wrist in a package the size of a real boom man. The use of a total of 19 servo motors and high-tensile wire tendons, they managed to create a simple mechanical leg that can reach about 20 words per minute when typing.

Then the plan to cover the silicone skin and add piezoelectric sensors to provide tactile feedback.
